		<description>Good catch Dave.  I suspect the largest users of this targeting will be the carriers themselves trying to steal market share from each other.

We at W3i were very happy when Google gave advertisers the ability to opt out of mobile traffic as a whole.  Since the W3i Application Network is comprised of software for the Windows PC platform it doesn&#039;t make sense for us to spend ad dollars to market to users on mobile devices.  I would love to see Google add similar targeting options for Mac OSX and other desktop OS flavors in the future though.
